Shipping Policy
At Condom Sense, every order is handled with care and shipped discreetly for your privacy.
1) Shipping Options
We offer the following U.S. shipping methods. You’ll select your preferred option at checkout:
- Standard Ground: 4-8 business days
- Expedited Ground: 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or carrier delays.
2) Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
We do not process or ship orders from Friday 12 PM CST through Sunday, or on holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, you’ll be notified by email or phone.
3) Delivery Address & Restrictions
- We cannot modify the delivery address once your order is placed.
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
- Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays or return fees.
4) Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Condom Sense or product contents.
