01. Do I have to be 18 to shop at Condom Sense?

Our stores and website are designed for adults 18 years and older.

02. Are my orders shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of Condom Sense or product details on the label.

03. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations aren’t always possible once submitted. If you need help, contact us immediately at condomsenseplano@yahoo.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.

04. How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 3–8 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Payment & Security

01.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant systemsto protect your information.

02. How will the charge appear on my statement?

For your privacy, charges appear under a neutral business name, not “Condom Sense.”

Returns & Refunds

01.What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to health and safety standards, opened or used items cannot be returned.

02.How do I start a return?

Email condomsenseplano@yahoo.com with your order number, and our team will provide a return shipping label or instructions once your request is approved.

03.How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
